   Have you ever wanted someone to tell you everything you needed to know, walk you through the steps along the way to achieve exactly what you want? I'm Kyle Geracitano and I'm here to GIVE you those tools to reach your goals. Whether they are fitness related or just to be all around healthy! I want you teach you everything you need to know to put you on the path that you need to be on.


   We've all been in that awkward state of not knowing where, when, and how to take the first steps. That's the scariest part, or it was for me. I have learned first hand what the dos and don'ts are in the fitness world by trial and error. I didn't start my journey with a six pack and a complete understanding of what I was supposed to do. I started completely in the dark. I didn't know what supplements were, what workouts I should be doing or if I should just do cardio 24/7 and only eat salads.


    Feel free to use my blog as your hub on your path to fitness/health. You're gonna learn things that you never thought that you would need. I will be reviewing supplements, providing meal and workout plans. I will also be breaking down important ingredients in supplements that will help you in your fitness journey and going into detail on how they can help or hinder your progress. Whether you're a novice in the supplement game, or just want to know more about what's on your label, that's what I'm here to show you! I will also be giving my honest opinions on dieting trends along with helping you find what is the best route for you to take. Educating yourself is half the battle, putting forth the effort is the other half.

   Its been five years since I stepped into the fitness world, and I'm ready to share with others what I know and help everyone that is willing to learn! I'm a Banquet Captain by day and a blogger by night. I was born and raised in Indiana where my wife and I live. We are newlyweds who share a house with 2 cats and a wiener/corgi mix and also 2 outside cats! My friends and family would describe me as a foodie, and a softy for all animals. Most of my free time is spent in the gym, or eating!
